How to add us

1. ​Log on to https://portal.3shapecommunicate.com/cases website, enter the clinic to login.

2. Access the Connections screen search for "ahmad@livedentalstudio.com" and wait for verification.

3. Upload data after adding.

4. After sending the data, please fill in the complete design sheet photo.

1. Contact an iTero representative to request a connection between the iTero scanner and our lab. Provide them with our details:
   Name: Live Dental Studio
   Email: info@livedentalstudio.com
   Phone: (613) 435-5543
   Account ID number: 23336​

2. Once the connection is established, complete the iTero lab form.

3. In the “Ship To” field of the form, select "Live Dental Studio" from the list of iTero labs.

4. Do a test scan with your iTero scanner.

5. Send the test scan to our lab.

1. Sign into the Dental Cloud. Click the "Connections" tab on the left of the Dental Cloud portal.

2. Click the "new" button in the upper right corner and type in "Live Dental Studio" in the upper field. Then click the "search" button on the right and select us.

3. Click "confirm" to send the request to us.
    

You will now notice that our lab name appears on the connection list. Its status reads "to be confirmed". Furthermore, a notification email will be sent to our email address reminding us to review the application.

Set Up a Preferred Lab:

• Navigate to your user profile, which is located in the top right corner of the dashboard. (Your initials in a circle beside the Bell icon)

• Select "Practice" from the menu.

• Click on the "Preferred Labs" tab.

• Click the blue button that says "Add Preferred Lab" on the right.

• Search "Live Dental Studio" in the search bar.

• Click "Add" next to our lab's name.

• Confirm the addition by clicking "Add lab" in the pop-up window.

 

Place an Order with Your Preferred Lab:

• Once you have a preferred lab set up, you can place orders by navigating to the "Patients" tab on the left side of the dashboard.

• Select the patient and the case you want to order.

• Click the "Order" button.

• Follow the prompts to select the service, service provider (your preferred lab), and other details.

• Upload any necessary files, such as scans.

• Review the order details and place the order.

1. Navigate to the "Partners" section: On the left-hand side of the Medit Link website, you'll find a tab labeled "Partners". Click on this tab.

2. Search for the lab: You can search by name "Live Dental Studio" or email address "digital@livedentalstudio.com".

3. Request a partnership: Once you find our lab, click on the "Request Partnership" button.

4. Wait for acceptance: We will then accept your partnership request. You can monitor the status of your request within the Medit Link platform.

5. Send cases to the lab: Once the lab accepts your partnership, you'll be able to send digital cases to them through the Medit Link platform.

1. Log in to CS Connect: As a dentist, log into your CS Connect account. 

2. Access the Partners section: Click on the toolbar and then select "Invite a partner" in the Partners window. 

3. Invite the lab: Enter our email address "info@livedentalstudio.com" in the designated field and optionally add a message. 

4. Send the invitation: Click "Send" to send the invitation to us.

5. Lab acceptance: We will receive an email and accept the invitation.
